SES Marine was established in June 1993 as the afloat and anchorage repair unit of Sembawang Shipyard to provide services to the Marine Industry and the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry in Singapore, and the region. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Sembawang Shipyard, the company also provide support to the shipyard in the ship-repair and ship conversion activities.
